Message	Lifers are much more high pitched then that. Might be a bad recording though. Unplug the VTC solenoids. Could be VTCs. Honestly sounds more like a piston slap or wrist pin to me. How is the oil pressure? I would be careful on this one. You might be looking at a crapshoot.
